Charlie has founded, built and sold five businesses in the past 25 years, all in the hospitality space.

Having exited his last and largest business in 2018 Charlie changed his focus to supporting others. Initially this has taken the form of investing in and joining the board of early stage businesses. Latterly, feeling that he was struggling with the non-directive element of NED work yet really enjoying mentoring, he decided to re-train as a business coach.

Charlie is currently undertaking the Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme, ‘the premier business coach training programme in the UK, bringing together Tutors and participants from business, government, law and academia.’
